Sky View Vallarta is a residential building located in a privileged setting in Puerto Vallarta, with open views towards the bay and the mountainous landscape. The project organises the volume through a clear composition that seeks to balance privacy, natural ventilation and its relationship with the surroundings.

The building is wrapped in a second skin of vertical metal slats that add depth to the façade and provide solar control. This system creates a light and dynamic image that responds to the tropical climate.

The homes are organised through open-plan layouts with spacious terraces facing the landscape. The rooftop accommodates a communal area with a panoramic swimming pool and relaxation spaces conceived as a viewpoint overlooking the bay.

KNF provided Project services, including the architectural design of the building.
