The house is located on a gently sloping plot within the La Fresneda residential development in Siero. The project is organised around two offset volumes that structure the layout and generate intermediate spaces such as the entrance porch and an elevated terrace facing the garden.

The ground floor is conceived as a continuous space in which the living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into a single open area visually connected to the exterior. A double-height space in the living area adds spatial depth and connects both floors.

The exposed concrete staircase becomes the central element of the house, articulating the vertical circulation. The material palette combines exterior ceramic finishes, timber and concrete to create a restrained and durable architecture.
