The comprehensive refurbishment of this home in A Coruña completely rethinks the interior layout to adapt it to a more open and light-filled way of living. The project reorganises the existing spaces to concentrate domestic life within a large continuous living, dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen is conceived as a central element organised around an island that functions as both a work surface and an everyday gathering point. The integrated furniture organises the perimeter and reinforces the visual continuity of the space.

The transition to the private area is resolved through a joinery element that incorporates storage and a timber screen that filters the views. The material palette combines natural timber, light-coloured surfaces and stone finishes to create a serene atmosphere.
