The house is located on a residential plot overlooking the landscape of the Nigrán valley. The project is organised through a composition of pure volumes that seek to balance privacy towards the street with openness towards the garden and swimming pool.
The ground floor is conceived as a continuous space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen, establishing a direct relationship with the exterior through large glazed surfaces. This area extends towards a covered terrace that acts as a transition between the interior and the garden.
A more compact upper volume is placed above this base, housing the bedrooms and projecting outwards as a cantilever, protecting the terrace below and reinforcing the horizontality of the composition. The stone envelope gives the building a restrained and homogeneous appearance.
KNF provided Project services, including the architectural design and construction supervision.
