City Express Plus Revolución is a façade intervention for a hotel located on one of Mexico City’s most active urban corridors. The proposal seeks to give the building a new identity within the avenue’s urban landscape.

The facade is developed through a system of vertical aluminium slats that add depth and rhythm to the volume. Linear lighting is integrated between these elements, transforming the building at night into a luminous plane visible from the surrounding urban environment.

The central element of the intervention is a large cantilevered canopy of screen-printed glass featuring a section of the Mexico City map, transforming urban cartography into an architectural resource.

KNF provided Project services, including the architectural design of the façade and the technical definition of the building envelope system.
